要求Qualifications:
1.建筑设计及相关专业毕业Bachelor degree in Architect or related majors 
2.至少五年以上的室内设计工作经验At least 5 year working experience in interior design 
3.熟练使用AUTOCAD,3DMAX等设计软件Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3DMAX 
4.极佳的手绘及空间布局能力及感觉Excellent free hand sketching, concept sketching and space planning skill 
5.良好的演示技巧，并能与客户进行良好的沟通解释Excellent presentation and client facing skill
6.有过实际的概念设计，概念深化设计，扩初设计经验，并能够把握项目设计的细节部分 Proven performance at concept design, schematic design, design development and details design stages of projects
7. 流利的英文沟通能力Fluent in English 
8. 对施工熟悉了解Good knowledge of construction detailing 
9. 团队合作精神Spirit of teamwork
