工作职责
? a senior leading position that requires a secure handling of all design phases and guiding of several international design teams
? conceptual and creative development of own area of responsibility; lateral thinking, thinking ahead, questioning current paradigms
? development and implementation of holistic, multidisciplinary design strategies
? creative responsibility for development of complex design projects
? creative management of interdisciplinary project teams: interior, communication and product design
? direct communication and exchange with clients and consultants
? representing our studio internationally

? 管理和跟踪项目每个阶段，并进行项目过程把控
? 为不同项目制定和实践相应的设计战略，提高创意能力及创意效率
? 管理与安排室内设计、平面设计及产品设计团队人员的工作内容
? 负责与客户进行谈判、项目沟通与协调工作
? 与德国总部设计团队合作
职位要求
? more than 10 years professional experience in China in the areas of retail, residential, work space, hospitality preferably comprehensive.
? your own statement approach to design and content, ability to develop strong concepts, highest creative skills, highest design standards
? Independent, reliable, structured work approach and excellent team leadership qualities
? confident manner and excellent communication and argumentation ability, both written and spoken
? strong negotiation and presentation ability in English (Mandarin a plus.)
? confident in all the latest software
? Increasing self-reliance towards clients and your team
? Active participation in company development through jour fixes, workshops and team events

? 在中国商业、住宅、办公、零售等领域有10年以上的专业经验
? 具有良好的创意性思维、品味及设计策略，能够独立管理和把控项目过程
? 具有良好的组织协调能力并带领设计团队
? 具有良好的沟通及表达能力，能够向客户精准地表达设计理念，并让客户信服
? 具有较高的谈判能力以及中英文交流能力
? 能够熟练运用常用设计软件
? 与客户及团队建立良好并长期的合作关系
? 积极参与公司内部职业发展分享以及团队活动
