1. 建筑和室内设计专业本科或以上学历
2. 七年以上室内商业项目设计和现场施工配合工作经验
3. 有团队合作能力。连同设计经理或设计总监审核团队中设计师/初级设计师/实习生工作
4. 具有良好的双语（英语-中文）沟通能力
5. 具有良好的方案设计能力以及施工图制作能力
6. 熟练操作设计软件 (Archicad and/or Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic design programs Flash…)
7.熟知国内的室内装修规范及要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture and interior design;
2. A minimum of 7 years design and site serivce experience in commercial design;
3. Strong team-work ability. Review work off and assist Designers / Junior / Intern members of design team in conjunction with Manager / Director;
4. Good English and Chinese communication ability;
5. Good at Schematic Design and Construction Documents Production;
6. Be proficient in using design software:
Archicad and/or Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic design programs Flash, Dreamweaver or other web design programs;
7. Understanding of local building regulations and practices.
