1. 国内外美院或重点艺术院校建筑、室内、环艺等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 5年以上国内外知名事务所的工作经验，具有中到大型建筑设计及深化经验；
3. 出色的设计及汇报能力,良好的设计品位和审美修养，能对设计中的材料、细部及工艺进行创新研究；
4. 了解国内建筑规范及各专业技术配合，了解项目审图及报批流程，以及相关规范；
5. 擅长方案设计和外立面扩初设计，能独立领导设计团队并全面协调设计高品质落地；
6. 与甲方及供应商保持良好的沟通和组织协调能力,有高度的责任感及团队协作精神;
职位薪资：月薪加提成（具体面议）
O Interior design management
1. Bachelor degree or above in related fields such as architecture,
2. More than 5 years work experience of well-known domestic and foreign firms, with medium to large architectural design and deepening of experience;
3. Outstanding design and reporting capabilities, good design taste and aesthetic accomplishment, innovative design of the materials, details and technology innovation;
4. Understand the domestic building codes and professional and technical cooperation, understand the project plan approval and approval process, and related norms;
5 good at program design and facade expansion design, can independently lead the design team and fully coordinate the design of high-quality landing;
6. To maintain good communication and coordination with Party A and suppliers, with a high sense of responsibility and team spirit;
