职位描述

Responsibilities：
1. Independently lead the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc.
2. Control of project quality, schedule, manpower input and efficiency.
3. Report to the architect design director.

工作职责:
1. 独立领导设计/项目，包括概念、方案设计、扩初设计、细节、施工图控制、现场服务等；
2. 全面控制项目质量、进度、人力投入和效率；
3. 向建筑设计总监汇报；

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture;
2. At least 5 years of relevant large-scale public building experience in international architectural design firm, culture, sports, education, transportation are preferred;
3. Excellent professional English or German;
4. Excellent team management, Good command of professional software and tools, especially INDD, rhino, graphic design and color aesthetics.

岗位要求:
1. 建筑学本科及以上学历；
2. 至少5年以上在国际建筑设计事务所的相关大型公共建筑经验，文化、体育、教育、交通类优先；
3. 英语或德语流利，具有即时口语翻译及书面汇报能力；
4. 优秀的团队管理能力，熟练掌握专业软件，尤其INDD、Rhino以及平面设计和色彩审美。
