The design concept is hide time, which means the secret skin future research center to study your past, present and future skin. It reflects the brands unique professionalism, technical strength and customized solutions, and tries to build a brand symbolic space that customers can trust. For this purpose, the facade design emphasizes that the exquisite shape and color meaning can be distinguished in the complex alley, and the newly designed dry concrete block is constructed for the project.
When night falls, light shoots out from the cracks of the block to show various shadows in the building. The IOPE lab sign on the front of the first floor adopts the same concrete design to convey the exquisite shape consistently and delicately. The space design interprets the brand concept of the research center with the interior and exterior decoration of the building. It focuses on continuously emptying the space rather than filling the space to convey the basic characteristics of the laboratory. The area consists of five floors.
Each floor provides different types of services. The fourth and fifth floors are used by researchers. People can freely experience products on the first floor. Xinkanglan store is the first store of British lifestyle brand in South Korea, creating a high impact retail environment dominated by lifestyle. The design evokes the atmosphere and drama of the gallery space, rather than the atmosphere and drama of the traditional store, so that the products can be planned in an effective and eye-catching way.
The store specializes in furniture and household goods, responding to the citys vibrant retail culture and on-site environment. Kanglan store cooperates with the retail group Lotte Group. In this joint venture, 2300 square meters of stores span the ground and first floor of Lotte Jiangnan subsidiary building, adjacent to its main department stores.
The store has two different characteristics. The space on the first floor is clean and bright, combining concrete, steel and glass elements with fully exposed services to create a bold laboratory experimental feeling, while the first floor provides customers with a rich atmosphere and relaxed club feeling, encouraging interaction with products and space at a more leisurely pace.
Klein Blue and gray collide to form a sharp color contrast. The circular VELVET SOFA conveys a spectacular spatial vision, and the blue and white giant decorative chandelier echoes the shape of the floor. A blue bear sculpture becomes the decoration of the space. The background of the front desk is a gray blue lattice, which conveys a sense of fashion
